I felt a little apprehensive to start with, however I went in and asked for help. It felt good to have staff available 24/7 the main door could be got into my buzzer or card, plus a second door up to the rooms so it felt comfortable and secure. There was a cafe down stairs either really helpful staff. All you can eat breakfast was £6 However I chose The raisin swirls and coffee from the cafe which was perfect for breakfast. And delicious. Lovely coffee too and such kind polite, friendly and helpful staff. There was a lovely soft duvet and a comfy bed, each bed had a plug and light next to it. So near the station and simple to book. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. A mixture of ages and couples as well as solo travellers. I would definitely go there again.

The rooms and bathrooms are pretty standard but the staff is an unexpected and super positive experience. There is a real cafe in the reception area which serves great food (hot and cold), beer and drinks, as well as breakfast. The service provided by the staff is at the level you'd expect for a well-rated restaurant. I enjoyed sitting there for a while to work. There was also a waterfilling station. Apart from all this greatness, communication was excellent and started long before my arrival. Highly recommended!

The + : - the location: right in front of the British Library (really nice, by the way) - having a bathroom in the dorm (and stuff to put your things on in the shower, really handy but some hostels don't have anything so you have to put your stuff on the floor / also good pressure in the shower) - outlets, and USB ports + a nest to put your stuff in and a lamp - really big lockers in the dorm, that easily fit a pretty big backpack - a very spacious dorm - nice staff I recommend this hostel!

Didn´t have breakfast but overall it was a pleasant experience. It is located just few minutes by walk from Easton/St.Pancras station which has a great connection to both Luton and Stansted airport and to city centre as well. We had private room with shared bathroom - there are two (smaller and bigger one) on (I suppose) each floor - bathrooms were mostly not occupied. Room is small but fine for couple of nights considering the price.

The location is excellent, especially if you need to travel outside of London by train as you are within eyesight of the two major London train stations. There's also plenty of communal space in the lounge and café to chill out in. Having the 24 hour reception desk available is helpful if you're coming or going at weird hours. Ultimately it's a hostel, and it delivers on what a hostel provides.
